I purchased this earphone from Swiggy Instamart in February. After just one month, one earphone stopped working while the other works properly. When I complained, the customer care employee asked me to send the invoice and product photos on WhatsApp. After that, they asked me to fill a complaint form and send the earphone via courier at my own expense.
This is not acceptable for customers. My trust in this brand has been completely lost. This is an Indian company, but they did not provide proper support or service. I strongly advise against buying their products. It’s better to choose other brands like Boat, which provide better quality and customer service.
