Final Refund Request – Received Used/Opened Hammer Vibe Headphone (Invoice No: #287301)
Dear Hammer Support Team,
I am writing again regarding my order of the Hammer Vibe Headphone (Invoice No: #287301, Amount Paid: ₹1524). I am deeply disappointed with this experience, as I trusted the official Hammer website, but I received a product in unacceptable condition:
The box was already opened, old, and dusty.
Packaging was not sealed and looked previously handled.
The Type-C charging cable mentioned on the box was missing.
The headphones appeared used and were in poor condition.

I have already sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages without any response. As a matter of humanity, please resolve this issue quickly. This is my hard-earned money, and I trusted your official website in good faith.
If my refund is not processed within 5 business days, I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum (NCH) and also post my experience publicly on social media along with the evidence.
I sincerely hope you act quickly and resolve this without forcing me to escalate further.
