Absolutely terrible experience and extremely disappointing service.
I purchased this cable with a 6-month warranty, but it stopped working in just 3 months. When I contacted customer support expecting a straightforward warranty replacement, your team simply said, "Sorry, your device is no longer under warranty." How is that even possible when only 3 months have passed?
A warranty means nothing if you refuse to honor it when customers actually need it. This feels like a complete waste of money and a clear example of poor customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, your team chose to make excuses and deny a legitimate claim.
I am highly disappointed not only by the product quality but also by the unprofessional way your support team handled the issue. A cable failing within 3 months clearly indicates either poor manufacturing quality or a lack of quality control. Refusing to provide support despite the warranty period being valid is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. If a product fails, don't expect the warranty promised at the time of purchase to be honored. Based on my experience, the warranty appears to be nothing more than a marketing claim with no real value behind it.
