Very bad experience with hammer …1. They took 5-6 days to deliver the product. 2 product which was delivered was already used and faulty…3. I requested to exchange the delivered product…4. The guy came after 2-3 days to collect the product from me…5. It took more 5-6 days to reach that product to warehouse from it came and now they are saying it will take more 5-6 days to dispatch that product again from their warehouse…means it will take more 10 days to reach me …
It is very disappointing and frustrating experience with hammer …need to work on customer service as soon as possible

If I’m being honest, the product is really good and supports fast charging. From my side, I’d give it a 100% best rating.
I think Hammer should also start sending stickers like BOAT does — it would be great for your marketing.
