Feedback and Complaint Regarding Smartwatch Order No. 284856

Dear Hammer Customer Support Team,

I am writing to share my feedback and concern regarding the smartwatch I purchased on 29th August 2025 against Order No. 284856. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product’s reliability, particularly in terms of battery performance.

The company claims that the smartwatch offers a backup of 4–5 days on a full charge. However, since the very first day, the watch has only been lasting around 5–6 hours, which is far below expectations. This issue was reported two days ago on your WhatsApp customer support channel, but despite my complaint, I have not received any positive or helpful response from the team so far.

I opted for this smartwatch because I had heard good things about the Hammer brand from other customers. However, my personal experience has been disappointing and does not match the brand’s reputation.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement, repair, or any other corrective action.
